Marketing & PR Coordinator

Marketing & PR Coordinator

  

Job Objective

Are you a determined and friendly professional with an advanced understanding of human behavior and a desire to help local families find exactly the programs or resources to suit their needs? If so, you might be a great fit for our company. We're looking for a self-starting Marketing Manager to oversee all promotional activities and improve community relationships. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.

Accountability

Marketing & PR Coordinator will report to Chief Operations Officer.

Job Description

  • Develop a Marketing Process designed to promote Youth Enrichment Association to the community.
  • Manage the Social Media Department and PR Teams
  • Create a small team designed to market Youth Enrichment Association information.
  • Distribute projects to Social Media team
  • Coordinate with Program Director and Grant team to release PR materials for Sponsorship opportunities and Programs
  • Oversee and approve any marketing material and Press Release Items. Must be able to create both Marketing & Public Release items as well. 
  • Create and manage a database of Community Partners and supporters 
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Working Environment

The usual working environment for YEA, Inc. employees vary depending on position. This position offers freedom to work remotely and commit to regular staff meetings.

Experience Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.

Education 

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or higher preferred

Equivalency 

GED

None Specified Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
